I can't say enough about my experience. Ordering couldn't be easier. When I texted about a certain font I wanted, I got an answer right away. When I called to ask a question about the proof, someone picked up. I never even went on hold. Delivery was a day early. As for the urn, I love it. It is so unique. The shape, the texture.
