There is no doubt that selecting and purchasing an urn for a loved one is one of the most difficult things we ever need to do, how can there be anything good in that?. What adds to the difficulty is that most of us never even consider it until we are in need and likely in a state of grief. This was my story when I suddenly found myself looking at urns thru tears on a shelf not knowing what to do, except panic because I probably will not have a second chance to get this right and we need it FAST...
The good news is that we strive every day to make these moments for others as easy as possible by offering kind guidance on the phone or email, and by building and delivering a memorial that makes people feel a sense of pride in one of the last things they can do for one who passes. I have learned that because the work we do comes at such a momentous time in peoples lives, we feel especially compelled to help bring something positive back to our customers so they can begin their journey to healing. We feel having color options, art or imagery on a memorial is one way to remember the fun and good things that we enjoy in life, and we are always willing to help people find what they feel is fitting and appropriate.
It is the many people we have had the honor to speak with over the years that have shown me that even in the toughest moments of life, there are tiny bits of good to be found when the connecting to others who can empathize while assisting with this type of purchase.
Please feel free to reach out with requests for memorial art work. We believe creating something special can be some of the first and much needed, positive moments on the road to healing.
Sincerely,
Marc
